MEET OUR TRAINERS
Tye Bourdony, JD & CFR #28870
Upon graduating from Barry University School of Law in 2010, Tye was hired as the Staff Mediator for the Ninth Judicial Circuit’s ADR Department in the Osceola County Courthouse from September 2010 through April 2017.
Tye has mediated over 2500 Family Cases, along with over 1000 County and Circuit Level cases. Tye currently mediates private Family, Insurance, Personal Injury, Foreclosure, HOA, along with other Property and Business Related cases.
Tye sits on a number of ADR panels throughout Florida, including the Florida Departments of Financial Services and Agriculture, as well both Orange and Hillsborough County Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Programs.
Tye is also the founder of ADR Masterclass; a space where Tye can Certify, Train, Mentor, and provide Valuable Resources to Mediators Worldwide.

Laila Gonzalez, Esq.
Ms. Gonzalez is originally from the Greater Cincinnati Metropolitan Area and currently practices law as a Board Certified Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney in Florida, Kentucky and Ohio.
Ms. Gonzalez is a Florida Supreme Court Circuit Civil Certified Mediator, as well as an Assistant Mediation Trainer and co-founder of the ADR Masterclass Circuit Mediation Certification Course.
Laila mediates private civil cases while also serving on the Florida Department of Financial Services Insurance Mediation panel.

Mediator Mentorship Program!
If accepted into the ADR Masterclass Mediator Mentorship Program, mediators gain full access to all of Tye Bourdony's ongoing email and mediation agreement work product templates, as well as all training videos, CME & CLE Workshops. Mentees will also take part in live weekly workshops and get to observe & co-mediate with Tye during actual civil and family cases, followed by one-on-one individual mentorship with Tye Bourdony.
